يحترم تطبيق "TV Service Mode" خصوصيتك. هذه الصفحة تشرح بوضوح وبدقة ما يجمعه التطبيق فعليًا، وما لا يجمعه إطلاقًا.
ما لا يجمعه التطبيق أبدًا
- لا حسابات مستخدمين — لا اسم، لا بريد إلكتروني، لا رقم هاتف
- لا موقع جغرافي (GPS)
- لا وصول لجهات الاتصال، الكاميرا، أو الملفات الشخصية
- لا بيانات دفع مباشرة — عمليات الدفع (Premium) تتم بالكامل عبر Google Play، ولا يرى تطبيقنا أو خادمنا أي معلومة بطاقة بنكية
ما يجمعه التطبيق، وبأي حالة
- معرّف مجهول للتثبيت (Installation ID): رقم عشوائي يُولَّد عند أول فتح للتطبيق، مرتبط بالجهاز لا بهويتك. يُستخدم فقط لمنع إرسال تأكيدات متكررة بشكل مسيء (Spam)، ولا يمكن ربطه بك شخصيًا.
- محتوى تُرسله بنفسك طواعية: نص التأكيدات ("اشتغلت"/"لم تعمل")، الاقتراحات، البلاغات، وطلبات إضافة لوحات — تُخزَّن لتحسين دقة القاعدة، ولا تحتوي أي معلومة تعريفية عنك ما لم تكتبها أنت بنفسك في نص حر.
- تفضيلات محلية على جهازك فقط: اللغة، الوضع الليلي/النهاري، اللوحات المفضّلة، سجل البحث الأخير — كل هذه تُخزَّن محليًا على هاتفك (localStorage) ولا تُرسَل لخادمنا إطلاقًا.
خدمات خارجية نستخدمها
- Google AdMob: لعرض الإعلانات (لمستخدمي النسخة المجانية). قد تجمع Google بيانات جهازك (مثل معرّف الإعلانات) لتخصيص الإعلانات، وفق سياسة Google الخاصة بذلك.
- Google Play Billing: لمعالجة عمليات شراء "Premium". Google هي من تعالج الدفع بالكامل؛ راجع سياسة خصوصية Google.
حذف بياناتك
بما أن التطبيق لا يربط أي بيانات بحساب شخصي، حذف التطبيق من هاتفك يمسح كل التفضيلات المحلية فورًا. لطلب حذف أي محتوى أرسلته (بلاغ، اقتراح) من قاعدتنا، تواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه.
الأطفال
هذا تطبيق تقني مخصّص لفنيي صيانة أجهزة التلفاز البالغين، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا يجمع بياناتهم عن علم.
تغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه الصفحة من وقت لآخر. أي تغيير جوهري سيظهر على هذه الصفحة نفسها بتاريخ تحديث جديد.

TV Service Mode respects your privacy. This page explains clearly and accurately what the app actually collects, and what it never collects.
What the app never collects
- No user accounts — no name, email, or phone number
- No geographic location (GPS)
- No access to contacts, camera, or personal files
- No direct payment data — Premium purchases are handled entirely by Google Play; neither the app nor our server ever sees your card details
What the app collects, and why
- Anonymous installation ID: a random identifier generated on first launch, tied to the device rather than to you personally. Used only to prevent abusive repeated confirmations (spam), and cannot be linked back to your identity.
- Content you submit voluntarily: the text of confirmations ("Worked"/"Didn't work"), suggestions, reports, and board requests — stored to improve database accuracy. It contains no identifying information about you unless you choose to write some in free text.
- Local-only preferences on your device: language, light/dark theme, favorite boards, and recent search history — all stored locally on your phone (localStorage) and never sent to our server.
Third-party services we use
- Google AdMob: shows ads to free-tier users. Google may collect device data (such as an advertising identifier) for ad personalization, per Google's policy.
- Google Play Billing: processes "Premium" purchases. Google handles payment processing entirely; see Google's Privacy Policy.
Deleting your data
Since the app never links data to a personal account, uninstalling it immediately erases all local preferences. To request deletion of content you submitted (a report or suggestion) from our database, contact us at the email below.
Children
This is a technical tool for adult TV repair technicians, not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. Any material change will appear on this same page with a new "last updated" date.
